Polish Crest Problem....What do I do?

The crests on my 6 Polish hens, which are 11 weeks old, are getting very thin. does anyone know what this is? Check out the pic. The rest are not as bad, but getting worse

This looks to me, like new feathers. See how the feathers are coming out of a "tube"? That will eventually come off and then the feathers will look more normal. Growing chicks do have these little mini molts.

So I'm guessing this is normal, and all will be well soon.
