Polish Dropping Dead! HELP PLEASE!

I had two silver crested polish roosters. One died about a week ago. I don't know the ages of them. The first one to die was found just laying dead in the pen, stiff as a board. He had problems a few months back, he could not walk, his toes were curled in. After no treatment, he was fine after about a week and he could walk again. The second one had no problems at all, and dropped dead today. He was laying in the pen, stiff as a board. I'm afraid that there might be a disease or something, and I have a buff laced polish hen that had been living with them. Any ideas on what it might could be? I'd greatly appreciate any advice, especially if you can inform me more about the Polish breed. Thank you in advance.
 
Vitamin deficiency, especially riboflavin, would be something I would treat for with a good poultry vitamin with trace minerals. Avian Super Pack online is a good one, and dosage is 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons of water. Mareks disease is something that also could cause some of your symptoms. It is a virus, and it has many different symptoms. In each case the symptoms may be different. Here are some links about Mareks disease:
