I was raised with cows most of my childhood so you could imagine the excitement when i bought her I've only had her for 2 months so far but I love her like crazy. She's the sweetest thing i've ever owned~ She follows me around like a puppy and Loves scratches. But before I got her I was just like you I had to stop and look at the cows every time I drove by some and spent most of my time at the fair ground watching 4-H-ers show their cows.. Hurry up and sell sell your house Than you can own own all sorts of things Cows, goats, horses, sheep, pigs, How about an emu?

Yes! That's the idea!
I also want a Zebu...omg, they are stunning.

Aren't emus kinda mean? I know nothing about them... but they LOOK cool!

She's such a pretty heifer Looks like she has some Holstein in her? If so if you ever plan on breeding her she's going to be an amazing milker!
My girl was inseminated with sexed Jersey semen so she has a 90% chance of having another Jersey heifer. Either way her calf will be 100% Jersey

She's got a funky thing going on with her horns, they're a bit crooked but it's only noticeable certain angles.View attachment 1478582

We're pretty positive she doesn't have Holstein in her. She's just too small. I think if she does have anyone, it would be several generations back.

That's awesome that you will most likely get a girl. I'm hoping I get a heifer. But I have to wait all year!

I got her from a farm that takes the calves from dairy cows, and sells them. There is probably one around you somewhere. Look on FB or Craigslist. She was $200.
