Polish gender

OK I'm looking for hens but he wanted the rooster to go with this hen for $30 for the pair. I'm wondering do you think they are hen and rooster are both the same gender? Roughly 4 months old.

If the person selling these is reliable, then you may get one of each. By the hairdoo,, the top one looks like a cockerel, but the center lower pix, shows rounded feathers. (not sickle style)
Last lower pix screams cockerel.
BTW,, I had Polish hens before. Cant keep roosters where I live.

First appears to be a pullet the second one shouting cockerel xx
