Polish Hens or Roos?

We got these two sweet babies in on September 3rd! One is a white crested blue polish (Wilma) and the other is a gold laced polish (Goldie)... I’ve read that you can sex them by looking at their crests.... can anyone help with this? I couldn’t get real good pics of the gold laced baby so let me know if I need additional of that one!

'Crest sexing' isn't possible until their feathers start growing. Pullets will generally have fuller rounded crests whereas cockerels generally have a wild hairdo.
