Polish Horns?

Can the pullets/hens have horns? I thought just the roosters had that type of comb but I have an 18wk old bird that has horns.

Are you certain that she is only 18 weeks old ? She sure looks like a pullet, feathering - crest and all, but that is a lot of comb and wattle for a pullet that young.
 
She definitely looks like a girl.
Not sure what age Polish lay or how fast they mature.
I'm confident it's a girl though.
The 'horns' is the comb type.
