I requested a couple polish in my chick order this Spring. Ended up with MANY more. I have read that they are not hardy for Winter.
What does this mean for someone in a northern climate? Any advice?

main thing is keep them out of drafts, and keep them cooped with enough bodies in there to keep them warm from body heat. also feed some whole corn before dark so they have a full crop. Most important thing, don't have waterers that they can get their crests into, they'll freeze and that's trouble.
