Polish not laying

My Polish hen hasn't laid an egg in 4 days. I know they slow down because of shorter days, but when do I start to be concerned that she could be egg bound? Can they quit laying all together during fall and winter? She's about 9 months, and usually lays about 4-5 eggs per week

Yes most will not lay in winter lack of light in the winter they take time to regroup so to speak start again in the spring

Mine have all but stopped,mostly just the silkie and silkie mix hens are still laying. They will probably go broody soon.

Mine are my broody but Ya get more from the silkie less from the main coop

Polishes aren't the best laying chicken, and their egg count can drop very quickly.
It could be because of the winter, and yes, they can go to a complete stop in the winter.
If she was eggbound, she probably be fluffed up, and standing on one leg.

Not all pullets will lay well all thru their first winter.

Thanks everyone. She seems to be behaving normally, still active and walking around, so I guess it's just the season
