Polish please help what are they?

    First one looks male.

    Second might be a pullet, but a side shot of the head would help.

    Looks like a pullet so far. The first is a rooster, with wattles like that at this age. But second looks pulletish so far.

    The silver laced frizzle is a cockerel he has started crowing.

    The bird in the first photo is a cockerel. All of your other Polish (except the Silver laced, obviously) look like pullets, though.
