Polish Pullet with blood on and in nostrils/nares

One of our 18 week old Polish pullets has had some blood in her nostrils. I noticed it a couple of days ago so have kept checking her. Sometimes it appears dry so I wondered if she had an injury but there doesn’t appear to be any trauma.

Today the blood in her nares was wet, and she sneezed a couple of times and flicked watery blood.

She appears fine other than this, is eating and drinking fine, and free ranging with the others.

Any idea if this could be an indication of anything?

One of the respiratory diseases, ILT virus, can cause bloody mucus that can be coughed up and slung about in the coop. Have you seen any coughing or sneezing, or watery eyes? I would try to make sure that she isn’t injured or being pecked. Here is a bit of info on ILT virus:
