Polish roo or hen

Hello everyone I call on you guys once again...this morning me and the kids were out playing and that's when i heard it one of my polish hens crows...my first instinct say oh man my hey hey (that's her name) is not a she, she's a he
Can you guys help me!!
Also poor Hey Hey has been getting picked on a lots missing a lot if head feathers, for me that also explains why she's (he's) getting picked on....

Looks like a cockerel. In a mixed flock Polish frequently have their crests picked/removed.

thank you, yes we have a mixed flock. they all get along great just that one is getting picked on we have other polish in this group and than 2 more in the other group. I felt so bad and in the process of getting the no more picking stuff for him. to see if that helps. we already have a rooster and we were sad to have him be a cockerel we are trying to find him a nice place to go
