Polish rooster has male pattern baldness

My Polish rooster is losing feathers from the top of his head. He appears otherwise I healthy. No mites etc. he,s free range and lives with 8 hens. Thoughts?

i had the same issue, in my case it was the hens pulling his feathers. i seperated him and the hen that went with him and now its growing back.

Thanks. I suspected as much but didn't want to have to find separate quarters for him. I think I'll need to if he's going to have any feathers left!!
