Polish rooster lacks energy, appetite, and has diarrhea

My polish rooster, about a year old, began acting strange tonight. He’s been super quiet and seems to not have much energy. I tried to feed him, but he ate barely anything, which is unusual. He’s also been having diarrhea all day, which I thought may be because of the fact that it’s hot here and he’d just be drinking more water. However, with everything else occurring tonight, I don’t know if that’s what’s going on. He also seems a little pale, but I can’t exactly tell because of the lighting. Please help!!
