Polish sexing? 11 weeks.

Any ideas on what my little polish babe is? Pointed feathers make me think it’s a roo, no comb or wattles, has not crowed.

I am thinking your Polish is a cockerel.

All chickens have a comb and wattles, you just can't see them sometimes because they are so small and undeveloped. Also, it is spelled wattles, not waddles.
