I bathed 10 Polish today to take to the Monroe, WA show. This time I decided to take a bunch of different varieties (wc khaki, chocolate, black, blue smooths and frizzles, and a pair of my bearded whites.) This, I have discovered is not a winning strategy, I usually do better if a judge can pick one bird out of 6 or 12 of the same variety, but I felt like showing off my beauties and, as it is, I am OUT of energy. Anyone else going?

Kaylee is showing them in jr, and using them for showmanship.

pbirdhaven - I'm glad the blue roo is doing well. We lost 2 of his hatchmates in the last 2 months - the Khaki & frizzled Chocolate hens. Of course, the rare colors

Isn't that the way it always goes? I'm setting eggs from them now so may have replacements for you if you want them.

Updated pics of the GL...I was so hoping they would be girls. I was very very wrong. *sigh*

scbatz33 - I didn't know you had a Tolbunt male. Sorry to hear of your gender issue, I know it can be a big bummer. . .
