Can someone tell me what color this guy is, please? I have 2 adult male Polish that I absolutely adore. One is a Buff Laced and I named him Shamus and this guy is O'Riley! He dances around me like Lord of the Rings! ROFL!! He brings me sticks and little treats and drops them at my feet. I just don't know what color he is. Thanks for any help you can give me.

If your cuckoo roo has the double barring gene he when crossed to a black hen will give all barred offspring, If has a single barring gene you will get about 50% cuckoo & 50% Black. You will allso about 50% frizzle chicks in both Cuckoo & Black.
Not sure about Cuckoo roo over Chocolate ? I am sure someone on her knows. Possibly if your cuckoo roo has double barring gene all chick will be cuckoo with male chick split to Chocolate, if your roo is single barring you will get cuckoo & black chicks with male chicks split to chocolate, plus about 50% of all chicks will be frizzled.
Breed Offspring together and possibly get about some chocolate barred smooth and frizzle.
Chocolate X Chocolate - I think is 25% Black, 50% Chocolate, 25% Dun , but I am not positive this is correct.

Chocolate to Black = 50% Chocolate & 50% Black.
Right on all counts, except that chocolate (dun) x chocolate (dun) = 25% khaki, 50% chocolate (dun) and 25% black. BDK works the same way as BBS, only instead of Andalusian blue, its chocolate (dun) and instead of splash, its khaki.
Edited to include: Cuckoo applies to dun and khaki the same way it applies to Andalusian blue and splash as well.
He is very good looking, i like his colors. but if he already of adult age then he is not tolbunt, most likely a cross from a either a red or buff to a white.
