Well, my Polish hen is a MAMA....

i was scared last night when i saw the babies because she is one mean hen normally but so far so good. i won't take them out unless i have to

We have 2 Polish hens born early May this year. One is a Buff Laced Polish and is very nice looking and holds her tail/head up proudly. The other is a Blue Crested and keeps her head low and her tail never raises up....always downward.
Is this something that I should be concerned about? Could this be just normal for her?

LOVELY! I have a bantam bearded self chocolate. I'm a HUGE fan of the self colors, even though the WC seems to be more popular.
