Polish vs Standard Cochin

I want to make some sexlinks to sell in a few years (ordering next spring so they will be old enough the following year)

I had 2 different ideas, and only really want to do one this year (I might do the other one next year)

1) Black CochinXBarred Cochin
2) Gold laced polishXSilver laced polish

Both are fairly popular around here, and I figured because they're pure they might sell a bit better to 4Hers.

So I'm looking for pros and cons for both to figure out which one will be best to start with
