Polish- what color and what sex

What coloring will this chick have and any thoughts on sex? "Tina" is 4 weeks old and was in an assorted polish group

That chick looks like a silver laced to me.
How ever if it was part of a crele project then is would be classified as crele
As to sex I can only guess. I am new to owning Polish my self. Yours looks like it might be a roo, but I can't be sure.

It's looks like a hatchery grade Silver Laced Polish. It's too young to sex with any real degree of accuracy, but I'm leaning toward cockerel.
