Polish with wound on her back

My polish girl is constantly getting picked on. And lately there has been a constant wound on her back at the base of her tail. You all know once they see it they will keep picking on her. I am constantly putting peroxide on it. My question is do you think if I got her a chicken saddle it would be long enough to cover her near her tail where she is getting pecked? I figured it would protect the wound enough to give it time to heal.

First, no more peroxide-only use peroxide once-it will kill/inhibit new tissue growth.
The hen saddle is a good idea.
Put some neosporin without pain reliever on her for the next several days to keep her from getting an infection.
