What's the best way to distinguish a Polish rooster...besides crowing. The one I originally thought was a rooster stood much more erect and was a significant amount larger, with thicker legs. Now I'm noticing another one that is much redder in the face(the others aren't at all) and has already developed wattles why the others have not. The original one I thought was a rooster also has feathers that resemble a beard that the others haven't grown in yet. Help!! Pease and thank you!

yes he has a really red and large cone to be a girl

And one more question...what coloring are the grey polish?? I thought they were white crested black polish when they were chicks but that's clearly not the case.
