My neighbor that had a problem with chicken eggs did not have any problem with my guinea eggs. During laying season the guineas diet is mostly fulfilled by free range goodies.That's what I'm trying to do. Nearly impossible tho. I'm gonna get ducks and feed em a soy free organic diet to see if that'll work.
Eat smaller quantities more frequently to shrink your stomach. Once you shrink your stomach, it will take less to make you feel full.That makes sense! And I know a lot of placebos can work really well but wasn’t sure if it did on caffeine? Oddly enough, I don’t have as bad a headache today as I thought. I think it might be dehydration. Hm, I used to have quineas bit they never did get to free range. I feel like it's the diet of the chickens that gets me, I was eating grocery store organic eggs (I know I know, it's all phony and I shouldn't pay those people) every day for like two weeks and I had no issues. Tried eating non organic eggs from the store and felt horrible, tried eating our chickens eggs (non organic cuz that feed is expensive) and almost died of stomach pain.My neighbor that had a problem with chicken eggs did not have any problem with my guinea eggs. Another way to help quiet your stomach is to drink a big glass of water when it starts complaining. It will help give the stomach a full feeling.I also have found recently that I am STARVING just 3 ish hours later most of the time and idk why. Used to be like 4-5+ or whatever. Or sometimes could go the whole day. But it depends too though cause certain things I’m full the whole day still but then other things that seem like it would be a lot just leave me starving. Maybe it’s all the caffeine too? That boosts metabolism right?

I usually wolf it down and def not high protein.Taking a sip of water between bites makes you feel fuller faster, chewing your foods to a liquid state, breath deeply into your stomach while you eat, eat smaller meals very frequently. All these things help, so does a high protein diet.
