Ugh, I can't believe this is even a question! MAYO all the way! I make it all the time, I eat it on fries, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, sometimes if I'm hungry I might even mix it with a pinch of tuna and put it on crackers.

How about, coat the grill with mayo, slap the steak on, flip, remove then eat.
