Answering here for my brother, but yes, he can. He had to go through 3 surgeries as a baby, the first was when he was just a few days old. He spent the first year of his life mostly in the hospital. He is okay though, and he can do everything normally.

Poor baby. I bet that year was just horrible for your poor momma. Hug her for me.
