Yes! He is a male (I no longer have my roos I gave them away but I still have silkie hens) id be happy to try to help you if you sent me pictures of them

I'll give it a couple more weeks, they are just getting their feathers. They are darling and full of personality! Were your roosters loud? Did you do any measures to quiet them?

I tried just about everything that I didn't see to be cruel (for example no surgery, and I didn't put them in a cat carrier that prevents them to stretch their neck making it so they physically can't) I tried no crow collars and they worked briefly but not for long, it makes it slightly quieter at best but no real difference, I tried putting them in a big cage in my garage at night covered with blankets and let them out in the afternoon, I live in the city and was determined to keep them, but trust me just get rid of the idea if you live in a city or can't have crowing, cause in the end you'll have to give them up
