Poly-Vi-Sol Amount to give???

How much Poly-vi-sol would you give? I read 1 ml for four cups of water. Should you give it to all of them like that in their water dish, or do it by the drop?

My understanding is that it doesn't taste very good and there is concern that if you add it to the water the chickens won't drink it... if you only have to give it to one or a few I would just do it with the dropper. I have one right now that I am giving 2 drops 2xday but it has been very sick ( 9 week silkie with severe wry neck and shaking of the head ).... could use 1 or 2 drop once or twice dailydepending on the size of you chicken and how severe the case is.

It is a duck and it was a lot smaller and came a little early. It is getting around find, but I thought I would do it just to give it a boost. Do you think that is a good idea.
