Poo concern

One more time with the poo! Yesterday I found this (pic #1) on the poop shelf. Today I found (pic #2). That whole corner of the poop shelf was soaking wet....don't know who. Looks concerning to me, but what do I know?
Any feedback would be very much appreciated! Thanks

In the first picture, there's a broken shell-less egg. Supply your hens with extra calcium dish if they need it. The poop in the first picture also appears normal.
Edit, I don't know about the second picture though.
Look for dirty butts

Thank you! I have crushed oyster shell in a tray for the chicas.... I'll add more to make sure they have plenty
