Weird white runny poo?

Hello!! So, today I noticed my sweet girl Pumpkin was off. As soon as I took them out the coop she was very quiet and she huddled up in a corner. She hasn't ate or drank anything at all since waking them up and I've been keeping an eye on her to see if i could find something in her poop. Well, I brought her inside and she finally pooed! However it looks very very odd. I haven't seen anything like this before and decided to come here for help. I did also notice that her crop is completely full and squishy despite not eating anything at all today so I'll be treating her for sour crop first and then seeing if anything changes. If anyone knows what this is and how to help, please let me know!

How old is Pumpkin? Has she been laying eggs? Does she have a bad or sour odor from her beak? Her crop may be slow or it could be getting sour. The yellow dropping could be related to a reproductive disorder or liver problem, such as water belly, cancer, fatty liver disease. Recheck the crop first thing in the morning.
