Poo in the nest box?

Okay so my chickens aren't laying yet so I haven't put anything in the nest box, but sometimes they just like to hang out in there and they keep pooing in there D: I can't detach it and clean it out I can only give it a bit of a scrub,when they're about to start laying I plan to put some hay in there will they still poo in there when there is hay?

Sounds like they are using the nestboxes to sleep in. Not really a big deal unless you have issues with cleaning poo off the eggs. If the nestboxes are higher than the roosts, they are most likely going to sleep in the boxes. If you can't lower the boxes, or raise the roosts, you could try covering the boxes until they are closer to laying age and/or get accustomed to sleeping on the roosts.

well they're on the same kinda level
theres two roosting poles below a poop deck and then theres a big empty nesty box right next to it so I guess I'll just be scrubbin those eggs

If they poop in the nestboxes, it would be better to use wood shavings instead of hay in them. Poop gets matted onto hay and is hard to scoop out. Shavings help dry up the poop and it's really easy to scoop it out.

I used those plastic astro-turf like nest pads and they work great. They poop in there but it dries really fast and you just pull the pad out and give it a smack and viola "poo-less". Mine do sleep in some of them at night but every mroning when I let them out to free-range I smack the pads off and they lay in clean boxes that way. The pads keep the eggs very clean.
