poo-ing water

Hello,
One of my chickens has watery poo, and is struggling to stand up on her own two feet. She ate something this morning which was a good sign, but hasn't been eating anything previously. The other day she sat in the same spot for the whole day. Her tail feathers are pointing down rather than up.
Has anyone had a similar experience and might know whats wrong with her? I have another chicken in the same coop, should I separate them?

I would first put her on isolation from the other chickens.
Have you checked to see if she is eggbound?
have you checked her crop?
