Poop Board or not?

I have always intended to expand the coop, increase ventilation and put back better poop boards. One of these days...

My opinion and preference after trying all ways of chicken poop management is Poop boards all the way. Superior and effective in terms of overall cleanliness, ease of cleaning, monitoring health, moisture control, life of coop wood floor, my happiness, clean shoes, etc. etc.

If the poop board is set up right, it makes for quick and easy maintenance. My walk in coop has a waist high poop board. With a kids play set of yard rakes, i can go right into a recycle bin/bucket. no doors, latches , trays...
PDZ makes it pleasant to the nose and easy to rake. A few minutes every thrid of fourth day.
Keeps the coop clean, no smell or flies.
