Update:
Only thing I regret is not doing this sooner!!! I’ve been using a small cat litter scoop because it was sitting around and works but I’m ordering the drawer organizer

@aart recommended because it will probably cut my 5mins down to 2! With 18 chickens in there not bad at all. I just take empty feed bags in with me and scoop. My coop is so clean, no smell at all; love it!
I did add another ramp to help them speed out a little more because my oldest rooster and some hens were gathering at the top of the ramp and a couple others weren’t going up and roosting on the ramp.
