I use plastic boot trays laid on shelf supports.

It's very easy to take the trays out in the morning and dump the contents into my composter, hose down the tray and replace.

so where did you purchase the long tray you use for a poop board?

I got my boot trays from the Container Store:

The one in the picture is actually a boot tray from Gardeners Supply Company. I started out using this one, but discovered the smaller boot trays from the Container Store were actually easier to use. The bigger one was harder to maneuver out the door filled with chicken poop.
