poop concerns

I have a 8/9 month old hen who is pooping water. Yes, straight water. I just noticed so I'm sure it hasn't been happening for long. Does anyone have any ideas why? Is this a one time thing, normal or should I be concerned.

Sometimes they do this when it's hot or when they've had a lot to drink, it should clear up in a few hours.
