Poop dangling on chick's bottom

Some of my chicks seem to have poop sticking out of their bottoms. Should i give them a bath? or just leave the poop hanging there.

You should clean it. I use a toothbrush and water. You can also trim the feathers if it happens often.

Why is it sticking? do they have the squirts? Might want to assess why, before just cleaning it off, if there is a problem, that is going to need to be addressed too.

Yes you can clean it. I just plop them in a bucket. They seem to enjoy it. Also if they have poop on them, they can get fly strike. Trust me you do not want to be picking maggots out of your chicken.
