Poop deck??

I need some poop deck ideas that are simple. It wasn't planned well. We have a roost that crosses the center of the coop (one access door for cleaning). I can't do fancy. Just not enough room. I'm thinking we need to move the roosts. Any advice is appreciate.

I have a small coop the 2x3 is unpainted with the poop deck below

With a coop that small I wouldn't mess w a poop deck. just clean it regularly.
