poop on babies rear ends

I just picked up some babies yesterday and some have poop on their butts today. Is this anything I should be concerned about? The ones that have poop seem fine although I do have one that seems a bit listless without poop on his butt. They are outisde upstate NY under my two silkie hens.

It sounds like a case of Pasty Butt. I would do a quick search because Pasty Butt can lead to death in some cases

Pasty butt...gently soak their rears with a warm, very wet washcloth or old rag until it softens & then gently pick it loose. If you leave it caked they could become unable to poop & die.
