Poop problem

Pasty butt is when poop gets stuck on the vent opening. It can harden preventing them from being able to poop. Shipping stress, dehydration from not drinking enough, and too high of a brooder temperatures can be a cause. Check their vents daily and keep any dropping cleaned off with soap and warm water.

And I am going to get a bigger bin tomorrow! They have like doubled in size since yesterday!

Yes. That was a pic before I moved them to a bigger tub that's about 3 ft long and 2 feet wide. I found 2 of them on the rim of the bin earlier

The little buggers! Glad to hear it. The athleticism of baby chicks never ceases to amaze me.
In regards to the corid treatment — It won't hurt them if you'd like to treat and be on the safe side.
