Poop question

I wanted to ask, how do you dispose of your birds poop?

I pile all the poop in an area away from the chicken yard and add nesting boxes material (excelsior) when I change it as well as the feathers I pick up during molting season. I let them compost thru the year and start a new pile at the beginning of the year, this way I can use the old compost pile for my plants and trees.

I scoop it up and put it in a compost bin. I use some and give the rest to my neighbor. I have way more than I can use!

Before I made arrangements with my neighbor, I just kind of put it in different areas of my property where it could decompose and not be stinky.
