I was thinking about switching from standard size chickens to bantams. Is there a difference in poop size?

Yep and eggs size... it's all relative.... and not all bantams are created equal... In the US Silkies are all considered bantam despite some not being very small... in comparison my bantam Ameraucana are much smaller than a lot of my Silkies. Attitudes are just as big as large fowl though. They are a BIT easier to handle sometimes... but can also be way more agile... really it depends on your goal and what YOU like.
