What material did you use for your poop tray?

Plywood bottom. Rest regular lumber. Covered bottom with vinyl sheet flooring.

Same as above plus sweet PDZ which is scooped every day.

I used plywood and wood from the dump to make the tray... I did not use vinyl or anything like that

I first used PDZ, which is great but expensive and didn't work in the winter.

I then tried PDZ with sand, and just sand. Pure PDZ was best, but sand worked fine.

In the winter I prefer no sand or PDZ, just an old feed sack.
