Poop

One of my ladies, unsure who just yet is laying something other then large eggs !
Yesterday one of them pooped whiling having free rain in the garden and was the size of a fist and gritty ..... I have had these new four for about 3 weeks now so not completely used to there habits just yet but wondered if this is just there previous life coming out of them (free range in group of 8k) or if it's a cause for concern x
