Hi! I have 5 pullets almost 8 weeks old. I have noticed what seems to be intestinal shedding poops for the past few days. Stringy reddish and if I drop in water, water does not turn pink. I also notice some purplish chunks in some. They are hard and I thought it was the chick grit but also read they can be urine like crystals. Today I had a watery white poop. Ugg too many poops to track! All of them are eating and drinking fine and normal. I will post two pics I took today but don’t have one of the stringy poops because I flushed them. Normal poops, coccidiosis? Please advise if I need to do anything.

maybe get a poop float test from your vet. if it is, you have caught it early, and should be very treatable! just a week of medicine in their water. that was my experience at least. I don't think mine had watery poops, but they were a bot stringy and slimy. ask your vet what tests you should request. maybe phone them first and then bring the sample in for testing.
