Poop?

We have two, 2 week old chicks. They are both doing well, as far as I can tell. However, thier poop is different from eachother. One has loose, dark poop (it almost looks like an earthworm), the other has harder, lighter colored poop. Is this normal?

Is it watery, or just runnier? Chickens go through different stages each day with their poop. One time it will be runny, then solid, the white, then green.

my chicks are about 6 weeks now, got them at 9 days old, and they poop different all the time.

I've seen one poop three times in a row and each time it went from harder to runny to runny. there is a good poop (graphics) page some where on here to shows if you should worry, generally if browish your ok.
