Pooping in the nest box

So I got one gal that constantly poops in one of the nest boxes. Any ideas as to how I should go about stopping this short of throwing her on the grill??

Mine always have. Not the brightest bulbs in the box, but they keep on laying

If you wipe off the eggs make sure to refrigerate them as wiping will remove the bloom and leave them susceptible to bacteria.

I got 4 new pullets, and they seem to be doing the same. Mine never did, now the nest boxes are a yucky mess. I keep a trowel in the coop as a pooper scooper. The new ones think they should roost there, so I have been going in and putting them up on the roosts to minimize this at night.

I got 8 chickens, 5 are laying. I have two nest boxes and they are using both, but one chicken, a silver laced is dropping far more than eggs in there. I did not think to check if they are roosting in there at night, I am going to have to look tonight.
