Poops and blood from bum of four day old chick

hi all. One of my 4 day old hatchlings has poop dripping all over its bum, and when I wipe it there is a bloody lump there, too! Any advice/remedies or has the chick had it? Chicks are all eating and growing well, but this one did have splayed legs which I have fixed up, now.
