poopy butt and blood on egg shell

My chicken has some poop on her butt and I noticed one egg with a little bit of blood on the shell. She is still eating fine and isn't lethargic, but I did have one chicken die about 2 weeks ago. She also had poopy butt and was not eating. I'm afraid the problem may be the same. What should I do?
