Poopy Butt on week old Chick - Advise pls!

4 chicks came home last week, they were 2 days old when I brought them home. Two had poopy butt. Warm water to break it up slowly. Next day just one had it. But it has persisted now on that one for 4 days. I've added neosporin after cleaning her as her vent looks puffy. I'm being careful to not overly rub, but she doesn't appear to have normal poop, more like thinned tooth paste. She is also now smaller then the rest of the babies.

She is moving around, eating, drinking. I'm adding Save-A-Chick to the water. Besides looking rough in the back and smaller, she is acting normal.

What else should I be doing?

Get some Nutri-Drench to add to their water, use the "Maintenance Dosage" of 2-5 ml (cc) per gallon of water, also put some Vaseline on the feathers around their vents to prevent poo from sticking. I used the Nutri-Drench with my last batch from day 1 and had zero pasty butt with my chicks. The stuff works!

Should I stop the Save-A-Chic if I start the Nutri-Drench?

Don't want to overdose them on vitamins.

When I'm applying the Neosporin, I'm covering the whole back side to try and prevent poop, there just seems to be one spot that is the problem, but I'm checking twice a day to try and keep it under control.

I would switch to the Nutri Drench, don't give both. The drench gives more than just electrolytes.

Thank you, I've switch to Nutri Drench. I've also been super on top of keeping them poo free, and Neosporin, which after two days seems to not be necessary. She is still smaller, but full of PV, so I'm not going to worry about it.
