Poopy butts 💩

I have all less than 1 year old Brahmas that have newly become very interested in loving on each other (hope you catch my drift). Since this humping started, they all have poop stuck on the butt feathers and dirt on their backs. One hen has a couple broken head feathers. I’ve checked several over and don’t see any vent clogs or other issues. Their feathers are thick and luscious so I doubt mites. Is this simply the result of romance?
I’ve also observed the interactions and it seems the gentlemen are not at all aggressive.

What's there diet? How many pullets how many cockerels? Pictures would also be helpful. Is all of them having this problem. What's there poop like?
