Poopy duck

I've had my pekin for about 2 months and her big girl feathers are coming in very nice aside from some molting on her top that still has to go. Aside from that I've noticed that her butt area that is around her cloaca has poop marks around it. I've given her "baths" by letting her soak and play in her pool and rubbing the feathers to help clean her and that seems to work a little but the feathers are still brownish. She has the odd diareha because I give her water heavy foods like corn, romain lettuce, blue berries and tomatos over night because its usually pretty hot where I live. However once I give her, her feed in the morning and during the day it stops. Should I be concerned about these feathers being poopy or just keep letting her soak in her pool?

They poop what they eat so most likely your seeing the combination of what your giving her mixed together and coming out the bottom. Go one night without giving her nothing but fresh water and see if there is a difference.
